ABDUL HARUNA SLUMPED AND DIED ON THE PITCH DURING A FOOTBALL MATCH.



The unfortunate happened yesterday in Kano while a game was going on when Abdul suddenly slumped and died.
Abdul Haruna was a 27-years-old former Heartland and Kano Pillars player. He played forward for both teams.







 Idris Malikwa, the Kano Pillars media manager later announced that the entire football community in Kano State is in shock over the incidence.

According to Idris Malikawa : “Abdul Haruna died Sunday while playing in a friendly match between Kano Professionals and a selected amateur team in Kano. He was moving with the ball when he slumped and died on the pitch.
“He fell down unchallenged and was immediately rushed to the nearby hospital before he was
confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.
“This is a huge shock to the entire football family in Kano, we never expected this.
It has also been announced that Abdul will be  buried today Monday the 7th of December 2015 according to Islamic rites. The cause of his death is yet to be determined.
